Den mellemstore familieejede virksomhed r\u00e5dgiver, udvikler og producerer individuelle sensorl\u00f8sninger til sikkerheds- og styringsopgaver. Hovedv\u00e6gten ligger inden for segmenterne baneteknik, vedvarende energi og i det generelle industri segment.<\/p>\n<p>Fabrikken der ligger i Tyskland, har siden 1955 fremstillet temperaturf\u00f8lere i h\u00f8j kvalitet til overv\u00e5gning af elektriske drev og maskiner, med salg p\u00e5 verdensmarkedet for \u00f8je. Eksportandelen er i dag p\u00e5 n\u00e6sten 40%. Produktionsfaciliteterne omfatter ca. 4.500 m\u00b2 med moderne produktionsudstyr, som med ca. 190 medarbejdere og mange \u00e5rs know-how, fremstiller kundespecifikke temperatursensorer med en h\u00f8j p\u00e5lidelighed. ben\u00e6vnt NWT \u2013 er elektriske temperaturf\u00f8lere til m\u00e5ling og \/ eller regulering af viklingstemperaturen i elektriske maskiner. Termometrene bliver monteret i motorens stator, i direkte forbindelse med statorviklingen. P\u00e5 grund af termometrets direkte indbygning i noten, er det muligt at drive motorer, generatorer eller transformatorer t\u00e6t p\u00e5 disses termiske belastningsgr\u00e6nse, og derved opn\u00e5 en n\u00e6sten optimal virkningsgrad. Udgaverne g\u00e5r fra enkle indskruningshuse med fast tilsluttet ledning, over faste skrueforbindelser eller forskydelige klemforskruninger til en r\u00e6kke forskellige tilslutningshoveder med procestilslutning specificeret af kunden. Programmet omfatter specialudf\u00f8relser med m\u00e5leomr\u00e5de op til +400\u00b0C. \u00a0Modstandstermometrene kan ogs\u00e5 leveres som kappe-modstandstermometre \u2013 ben\u00e6vnt MWT-MI \u2013 med b\u00f8jelige, fleksible mineralisoleret (MI) ledning og et driftstemperaturomr\u00e5de fra -200\u00b0C op til maksimalt +800\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div grundl\u00e6ggende af en basissensor med fast tilsluttede ledninger. Ud over de som standard anvendte Pt100 m\u00e5lemodstande, kan der ogs\u00e5 anvendes PTC-modstande (positiv temperaturkoefficient \u2013 koldleder), NTC-modstande (negativ temperaturkoefficient) eller KTY-siliciumsensorer. Temperatursensorene der konfektioneres med krympeslange, metal- eller keramikkappe er enkle og anvendes meget ofte til de mest forskellige temperaturm\u00e5leopgaver. Disse sensorer benyttes oftest i nedre til medium temperaturomr\u00e5der fra -40\u00b0C ... 260\u00b0C. Specialudgaver med driftstemperatur op til 400\u00b0C er ogs\u00e5 en del af leveringsprogrammet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-334-5\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-334-5-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-334-5-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"9\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>Til den termiske overv\u00e5gning af elektromotorer har PTC og NTC termistorer samt KTY silicium sensorer vist sit v\u00e6rd. Grundl\u00e6ggende egner sensorene sig til mange m\u00e5leopgaver indenfor automatiseringsteknik, overv\u00e5gning af elektronik, medicinsk udstyr samt i produktion af elektromotorer og anl\u00e6g. PTC koldledere egner sig s\u00e6rligt til overv\u00e5gning af, p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd fastlagte gr\u00e6nsetemperaturer i samspil med et passende udl\u00f8serel\u00e6, og giver derved en p\u00e5lidelig
